Do you have a no-call/no-show appointment policy?

Yes! All new clients must make an appointment in person and leave a $58.00 deposit to be put on the schedule.

No-call/No-shows make it difficult to get sick pets seen. We appreciate your cooperation.

What payment options do you offer?

Payment types all major credit cards, CareCredit, cash, and checks (must provide a copy of Driver’s license).

Where should I call in case of an emergency?

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, but please call 229-985-7377 or 229-985-1770 to reach the on-call doctor.

Do you see large animals?

We do not see large animals at this time.

Do you offer grooming?

We provide limited grooming services. Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide boarding?

We board across town at Northside Boarding Center. Please call 229-890-1001 for reservations.

Do you close for lunch?

We do not close for lunch. However, there is not a doctor on-site at that time.
